Actually, you are right, I've never worked in Texas. Too damn hot for me. P'cola was hot enough a few years ago when the temp and humidity both felt like 95 with a big sun and no breeze. Worked in OK & FL a couple of times and AL once, but not TX.

It was 100 here last week and it's just April. Lucky for us, we had a cold front come through so we are in the low 90's this week.
Last year we had a National UIC from up north (anyting past Oklahoma is north) down here and he could not understand why we all carried water bottles on the field with us, but after the first day he got the idea.

This Texan loves it here.
