What are your thoughts on this one guys??
ASA, State Tournament - utilizing double base. Batter walks, races to 1B, turns to the outside returns to orange portion of 1B assumes her I'm stealing position; meanwhile, pitcher is in circle receiving signal - when BU calls *no pitch* R1 is out - not on base while ball is in circle and no play being made.
