NFHS Uniform Question

For this question, I am looking for an NFHS rule reference or lack thereof.

I received the following report from one of the members of our umpire staff:

I should have brought this up earlier but the xxxx team has a
Optic colored ball on the front of the shirts. This is a stark contrast to the
rest of the uniform which could cause an issue.


I don't have my NFHS book with me here at work. I know there is a rule regarding an optic colored ball shape on the glove, but not sure about the uniform. Any help is appreciated.

In answer to your rules question, I could find nothing. Here is the only thing I could find even slightly related:
3-2-8: A uniform shall not have any dangerous or reflective buttons or ornaments.
3-2-14: Any equipment judgedd by the umpire to be potenitally dangerous is illegal.

I can't see how that it could dangerous. I personnal would leave the question to the state's governing office.
