OK, Here was their ruling.
BR out, and run did not score. Reasoning was, or rather their question after the game was, how long do you give a runner to get to 1B before they would be out? Nothing was done by offense or defense teams, so they made their ruling. We know, we have a lot of work to do, and have a lot of new umpires to do it with.
