Yeah, soft in the head, maybe, 'cause all I do is bait WMB with these, and he's forgotten more about NFHS rules than I know.

The reference was to their explanation of the foul tip wherein they had a ball with a perceptible arc as a "foul ball" becoming live again if it was caught. It was in thier extended POEs on the removing of the "higher... head" language published in a supplemental pamphlet - I don't have it with me, so I can't give you the publication's title or the exact wording of their fractured explanation.
