The question is where does the IOC get its funding from?
The only way to pressure the IOC would be to hit them where it hurts, the pocketbook. So the next question is how? I think the IOC will do what the IOC wants, no matter what petitions are signed or governments react. Why did the IOC decide that they would only have 28 sports?
