My point was that it shouldn't have been a question with your partners. From your post, I got the impression these umpires are not newbies, but veterans. A new umpire I could understand, but this is something a veteran should know BEFORE they go on the field.

No, I believe it is the same as ASA, but I haven't an ISF rule book at work.
