What is so hard about it? 1.Start with the ball in the glove 2.Remove the ball form the glove swinging your hand with the ball to the rear 3. Change direction swinging your hand with the ball forward torward the batter stopping at shoulder height. 4. Change direction swinging hand with ball to the rear again. 5. Change direction swinging hand with ball forward torward batter now going completely around in a windmill motion and releaseing at the hip delivering the pitch to the batter.

Well, - I can't comment on what you look like!

I have seen a clumsy kind of double pump motion a time or two, but it has been with low level rec league pitchers. I inform the coach between innings that it needs to be corrected, but unless it seems to be confusing the batters, I let it go otherwise. Again, low level rec.

It is, however, illegal.
