Offense loads the bases with 0 outs.
Defense subs in a new pitcher. First pitch to B4 - ground to F1, toss to F2, step on home plate. 1 out. First pitch to B5 - ground to F1, toss to F2, step on home plate. 2 out. First pitch to B6 - ground to F1, toss to F2, step on home plate. 3 out. This happened to me today with a 10U game. I think I have better odds of picking the entire correct NC2A bracket.

I would say that in 10-and-under girls, with bases loaded no outs you have a better chance at 3 ground balls back to the pitcher than any other 3 identical plays. Except strikeouts or walks.
Odds against your 3 plays? Probably more than 1 in 10 batters hits a grounder back to the pitcher. So just a guess, but I'd say less than a thousand to one. In other words, it happens all the time.

Varsity tournament, 1983. Wednesday night game. I'm on the plate. First three batters hit the first pitch directly to an infielder. My partner's calling, "OUT", "OUT", "OUT", before I can take off my mask.
