They are probably playing ISF or ESF rules. It seems like there is a frame missing. The sleeve on the pitcher's throwing arm is a bit long. Cannot tell from angle, but she could be replanting when she rolls her pivot foot inside on the ball of the foot instead of the toe.

However, for what can be observed from these pictures, I would say legal.
