Question

Is there any difference between ASA, NFHS and NCAA look back rule besides in NCAA if a runner overuns first and is walking back towards first base on the first base line extended, they can go to first or second when the pitcher has possesion of the ball in the circle. I read the rule and it seems like there is something else that is different between these three. Thanks, Dave
