I just read all three, and see no real substantial difference, other than particular wording such as that used by ASA in 8:7:T:3:c, that is echoed in NFHS 8:7:3:c. NCAA doesn't include this wording, but merely states that "once the runner has established the direction," then they are committed to that base.
