Scott's practice FED test (see the other thread) was a great. Thanks for all the hard work. I wish I had taken it before I took the real one.

One of the questions on Scott's test was "One or more players must be designated captain." I answered false because obviously more than one player would be captains not just a captain.

But seriously folks... I didn't know this one... but there it was in 3-1-2 just as the rule reference said it would be.

I'm curious: Have any of you ever received a line-up card with captains designated? Or ever known who was the captain? Do you make the coaches tell you who it is? I have not in South Carolina. And I don't think I did when I <*gulp*> worked for Scott down in Hillsborough County.

I'm concerned that it would cause more problems asking for this information at the plate conference than it would be just to ignore it.
