A group, of Montana officials, has come together to form a new pool.. Are there any pools/associations out there that have websites reflecting their organiztional structure?
I am looking for examples of what has worked for other groups. I.e. the hierarchial structure of officers, committees, by-laws, etc.
This has actually come about through basketball, but since I have officiated NFHS fastpitch & ASA softball in the past, I have already started to advertise for existing and potential softball officials in the area.
Any feedback is appreciated. Be kind though, I don't take criticism well
Thanks for your assistance.
