Is there a source, book, website that has the rule differences for the different organizations of softball?

I was reading the post regarding high school ball vs. ASA and seeings that I plan on trying HS ball next year a quick easy source explaining the differences might be handy.

Unhappy

Hmm, I could have sworn NFHS had a PDF file with the differences between ASA and FED Softball Rules, but all they have now is the differences between FED Baseball and Softball.

Contact John Bennett at [email protected], he publishes a book titled "The Umpire Handbook of Softball Rules Differences". It discusses the difference in softball rules between NCAA, ASA (female adult and JOA Fast Pitch)and Federation. The book for 2004 is Version 5 and I found it great and highly recommend it to anyone that those those major governing bodies.

John charges a very small fee for the Rules Differences.
Well worth the price.

For the last 2 years, John has charged $7 for his 35 page booklet. I think it was 3 years ago, he provided it in a pdf. It is only available in printed form now. I scanned my copy, so I do have it on the pc. It is well done and, as Glen said, well worth the price. Several years ago, I put together a Fed-ASA differences booklet and have some idea of what John goes through with this.
