[email protected], he publishes a book titled "The Umpire Handbook of Softball Rules Differences". It discusses the difference in softball rules between NCAA, ASA (female adult and JOA Fast Pitch)and Federation. The book for 2004 is Version 5 and I found it great and highly recommend it to anyone that those those major governing bodies.
