You make the call. Safe or Out!!!

R1 on 1st, BR hits the ball to F7, ball drops in front of him. F7 picks the ball up throws the ball down to 2nd, F4 has his foot on the side of the bag (foot on the side of the bag that is on 1st base side) R1 is sliding with his foot first, F4 does not have ball yet. R1 slides hit F4 foot, F4 catches ball, no tag, falls on R1. What is your call?
