F7 picks the ball up throws the ball down to 2nd, F4 has his foot on the side of the bag (foot on the side of the bag that is on 1st base side) R1 is sliding with his foot first, F4 does not have ball yet. R1 slides hit F4 foot, F4 catches ball, no tag, falls on R1. What is your call?

Assuming this is men's ball (either fast or slow) they should know better. It's amazing what these guys think they can do...and have gotten away with.
