check out the link here. The situation is pretty well described (except for the terminology used by the UIC)...any one disagree with how it was handled?

There was a lot posted bout that one. Not sure what you mean by disagree (with what). I did post over there, Should have been foul ball, (umpires eat the call) should not have taken that long to remedy, pitcher should have been allowed warm-ups if it had to take that long.
Can't guess, Who did get to handle this one? and what are your thoughts? Buddy |

The only reason it took that long (10 Min) to remedy was the coaches... His description of my comments to him was way off, but Im not surprised, since most of the conversations consisted of yelling while I was talking. The play happened. Thats life. What really shocked me was the attitude of the parents from both teams and the things they said to each other where the kids could hear. In the post they called it a "rivalry"...well, the kids probably get along just fine without the parents being involved.

Man I know what you mean! Very few of the kids have attitude trouble, but when they do it is ALWAYS a reflection of the adults. Kids accept, forgive, and move on. When do we lose that ability? Can learn a lot from the younguns if we just try. |
