The Coach

My last two games were something like this, however the coaches were excellent.

14U more of a rec league from two small local towns. Team A had rocket pitcher. Team B pitcher was rocked from the first pitch.

Game 1. Team A started bunting every time up to work on that skill. This is because they hit every other pitch into deep outfield and started to be cautious of showing them up. Good coaching.

Games 2. After 1 1/2 innings 21-0 and team A only threw 7 pitches to retire team B in the bottom half of the first, both coaches decided to allow team B to bat all girls and not count outs. I was happy to spend some extra time behind the plate for these teams.
