They are not part of the necessary uniform. They are obviously cosmetic/jewelery. Have them removed.

No one gets injured from having a necklace or a braclet "compressed" into them. They are dangerous because someone can get fingers tangled in them.
It will be the umpire that is found to be at fault when this happens. Don't allow them.
