The NFHS DP/FLEX Rule is now available for viewing/copying
or whatever on line at http://wwwsaumpires.com. It is 34 pages long. They have also included a brief view of the OBS and Interference Rule. DP/FLEX is just like ASA/NCAA/AFA. Coaches are just afraid of it. Have already received three calls to come to their schools and go over it with them. No problem, they are furnishing meal and travel money.
