Fly ball to deep left field, fielder chasing with back to field, dives toward fence and comes down with ball. The glove and ball completely hidden by her prone body.
Catch or not?

You don't have enough information to make the call at this point.
Don't rush the call. Wait until you can see if the ball came out of the glove or not. If the ball came loose on "voluntary transfer to throw", then you have a catch. Otherwise, no catch.
