Are all ASA 10U-specific base running rules gone?

It's been awhile since I have umpired 10U, and even longer since I have umpired 10U with no local rules on base running.

And, it is hard to determine for sure that something is not in the rule book, hence my question.

Have all of the 10U-specific baserunning rules been removed from the ASA book?

Yes.

While the short version above is not wrong, I would expand with:

The only age specific rules for 10U are 1) ball specification (10"), 2) pitching distance (35'), and 3) metal cleats are not legal (10U or 12U). In every other way, it is identical to all other JO (youth) playing rules.

Minor nitpick - 10U is an 11" ball, isn't it?

I'm coaching a 10U team -- we use 11" balls.
