multiple dead ball fouls
SITUATION: Encroachment on Defense B1. Ball is snapped even though the whistle blew. Clearly after the whistle B2 drives the Quarterback to the ground. We have 2 dead ball fouls on B. Am I correct...

Inadvertant Whistle NF
If an official whistle's the play dead by mistake, does team A have the choice to take the ball at the spot of the whistle or replay the down from the previous spot?
