While running in for a TD, B2 grabs A2 by the facemask. How do you enforce penalty?

Enforce on the try NOT the ensuing kickoff as many assume.

If the try is unsuccessful, we'll replay the try. If the try is successful, we'll penalize on the kickoff. (Incidentally, I'd like it if we had some sort of signal that a penalty will be enforced on the kickoff.)

There is such a signal. After giving the foul signals, you point downfield to the free kick spot to indicate that the penalty will be enforced on the kickoff. It is not included in the signal chart but it is included in the mechanics book. Sorry, don't have mine handy to give you the exact location.
