Euro Step...
This to me sounds like the defender was off ball and come to help defense. Then the offensive player maybe used a Euro Step to try and get around him...
I am having a hard time with block/charge...

Isn't in the path generally vague for a reason? The object of the offensive team to is to score within their halfcourt after crossing the division line. There are not time restraints...

Has and Keeps LGP
Disagree with the statement about establishing LGP and then still having a block call. In the scenario you present, the defensive players loses LGP when they are moving towards the offensive player....
