Hi, jodibuck. I moved to Alabama in 2008 and haven't been on the Officiating.com site in years. Sorry I did not get back to you on the Babe Ruth softball rules differences, but I lost that file long ago, anyway. I do remember that Babe Ruth, for softball, took all the rules about obstruction and interference directly from the Major League Baseball (OBR) book. (Wow!)
