Vote!
Early voting is open in many states. Don't care what your political affiliation is - get out and VOTE, even if you think your vote is wasted (like mine in Texas!).
As to the non presidential races - may I suggest you ask yourself if you are please with the behavior of those congressmen and women from your state - whether they are working to fix things or working to obstruct others from working. For me, I'm voting for my presidential choice, and then against incumbents in Washington.
