With all due respect, officiating brings out the best and the worst in people. You are going to see people that do everything to help each other at all costs. Then you will find people that will try to rip each other apart. Officials can have huge egos and that comes out here. Any new official is going to face that in their associations, they are surely going to deal with that here. Peace
