Pylon in or out of bounds?

mtridge must be asking about the pylons that represent the extension of the inbounds lines, as to how far out of bounds to put them. I guess it depends on whether you're more interested in providing another visual of the boundary (pylons up to the inside edge of the chalk) or fewer things for a player to be out of bounds by virtue of touching (somewhat outside the boundary). Also a matter of convenience if you're chalking the field after placing those particular pylons rather than before.
