Illegal Touching?
4th and 10, A10 is in slot and covered up by wide out A11. A10 goes out for pass and catches it.
Linesman flag's A10 for being ineligible receiver downfield because of being covered. After we talk, being that A10 caught the ball on purpose. We call A10 for illegal touching, which is 5 yd penalty and LOD. Everybody agree???

We had OPI on 4th down a few nights ago. Ball was at the 34 yard line going in. B got the ball, 1st and 10 at their 49. A's coach didn't like the call and thought we were wrong on the enforcement, but it was a no brainer push off by the receiver. One of 2 OPI calls on the night, come to think of it.
