Redding appendix B Summaries of Penalties

Checking the Redding (HS) summary vs the 2008 rule book, on page 201 of Redding several illegal use of hands penalties (see 9-2-2 and 9-2-3 the penalties numbered 58,59,61,62,63,65 in The Redding appendix B summary of Penalties) Redding has them all as signal 43's the rule book has them as signal 42's (see page 69 of the rule book). I was using the Redding appendix as a quick review for signals. Anyone know of other places the Redding listing differs from the rule book?

I'm sure there are others, but this appears to be a good catch.
Maybe Email the author and question why they used S43 in place of the rule
books use of s42 for those fouls.
