"wrist bands" etc. Fed and NCAA

I know we have a minor hassle with the "wrist bands" on the biceps and the
plastic bands for various causes at the high school level-- but I was wondering what the NCAA rules are. I personally think it is a moot point.
If fingers are going to get injured--there are many other ways that it usually happens.
reaction ??

In NCAA, some are more strict and some are less. NCAA must have socks that are the same color, size, and design, but the wrist bands and bicep bands do not have to be warn on a certain part of the wrist or arm. So, you gain some and you lose some.
