Reccomendations
During the football offseason, I would like to develop a set of procedures and policies for our football association. Since this is a nationwide audience, I am wondering if there are any specific reccomendations that you would make based on your experiences and areas of expertise. I am not talking about stuff like you have to be on the field 30 minutes before, but stuff geared to young and medium experienced officials. Any help that you might provide is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sure. One thing is something like what should be done a week before a game. Something like--
get assignement.... 72 hours confirm with school and crew.... 48 hours prepare pre game high lights.....stuff like that... 24 hours...reconfiorm with crew with any changes in assignements |

There was an article in a recent referee mag along those lines.
