Reccomendations
During the football offseason, I would like to develop a set of procedures and policies for our football association. Since this is a nationwide audience, I am wondering if there are any specific reccomendations that you would make based on your experiences and areas of expertise. I am not talking about stuff like you have to be on the field 30 minutes before, but stuff geared to young and medium experienced officials. Any help that you might provide is greatly appreciated.
