DIII Calfornia State Final

Any else on the boards watch the Div III California State Final game. Cardinal Newman from NoCal took heavily favored Oaks Christian of SoCal to OT.

OC scored a TD+XP first and CN faced a 4th and goal on their subsequent OT possesion.

On that 4th down play the pass went to the left side of the end zone. The OC defender was completely behind the CN receiver and seemed to hook his left shoulder pinning the CN receiver's left arm and pulled him backwards.

Now...I realize we're watching on TV. In real time I saw the pull. The replays confirmed it. But again..I do realize I had the benefit of TV. I also realize that this is 4th down, OT, in a state final. We, as refs, would want that DPI (or OPI) to be glaring and this one definitely would not have qualified in that regard.

Just curious if anyone else saw it and what their opinion was. It was a great game and despite the outcome, both teams can hold their heads high.
