What is the call?

I was having a 'discussion' with one of the buddies I play flag football with, and was hoping you guys could settle the bet for us. I did some searching around and couldn't find anything about this so I came here. If a player has possession of the ball and his feet break the plane of the endzone as he is running out of bounds, yet the ball does not cross, what is the ruling? Out at the 1 or TD?
