As a "returning" offcial after many years in hibernation, I'd like to say welcome. It's a great thing to do, lots of fun and very rewarding. Another good site to visit, IMHO, is: http://start.officiating.com/ Good links to numerous Assoc., in your area to be sure as well as some very good reading.
