Hurdling call???

Take a look at the video. Is this a clear definition of hurdling?

Yep! Didn't hear anything about a flag on the field. I could easily see this flag being a little late, as you'd have to process what you really saw since it is so uncommon. I bet the coach would need an explaination as well.

Fellas this was in Texas where we use NCAA rules and the runner is permitted to hurdle. No foul, no flag, no jockstrap on the defender.
