You'd need a video capture card and video capture software.
Then you turn them into .wmv files and find a place to host the video, someone's web space (or your own).

yeah you can buy programs out there that do that. i think there is one that is called "dazzle" that can take tapes/dvd's and put them on the computer.
but sometimes if you record something on a camcorder, you can take it straight from the camcorder to the computer with the correct cables.
