2nd down and 35 from A's 15 yard line. A1 runs to the 25 yard line where he is pulled down by the facemask by B2. What options will A's captain be given?

Well, decline the penalty and have 3rd and 25 from A's 25 yard line - doubt they will do that one, or accept the penalty and have 2nd and 10 from the A's 40 yard line.

It is NOT an automatic first down.
