I was wondering about that also. #85 stopped clock twice on qb sacks, no penalty, no change of posession, no fumble.

Basically, stopping the clock on a QB sack allows receivers a brief period of time to return to their side of the line. However, the clock does not stop on a sack during the last 2 minutes of each half. The rationale for this is to avoid giving the offense extra time on a bad play.
