Amen, brother, amen!
J, you should have heard the homily at St. Mary's in Brantford. The Priest received an applause. We'll talk about it later. *You* would have loved it! Bottom line is: take a stand.

But I was really impressed with his sermon. In another note, our priest at my home parish stunk up the joint like usual ![]()

My understanding is that Kwanzaa is a cultural celebration. That's what their website says. Christmas, on the other hand, is a religious celebration.
According to some research I've done, the creator of Kwanzaa is a convicted felon and is an avowed Marxist. In opposing God, he allegedly made the statement, "...spooks who threaten us if we dont worship them and demand we turn over our destiny and daily lives." That's pretty anti-Christian to me. It doesn't surprise me when Kwanzaa exists around Christmas-time.

Why did I know it was going to turn into this? I hope you all can find your individual Peace and a way to not hate.
Back to the topic of this board... If Jesus were alive today, do you think he would prefer the old white bean bags or the new blue ones?
