Revamp the Case Book
All those "corrections" issued this summer were a joke. They should have re-written the #$%^ thing.
After working a game where B jumped offsides three straight times on the try, I'm almost of the belief that we should not make that a dead ball foul. It can penalize the offense/K by taking a made point off the board . Subsequent play may lead to muffed hold/bad snap/missed kick. Reddings book is formatted a whole lot better that the NF.
