Oakley visors

I have seen these Oakley visors that have been clear in the afternoon and as the evening sets in seem to get a little tint to them (similar to transition lenses but not as drastic)

This was on the JV level, end of a game, I told the coach that if they were becoming anything other then transparent that they were illegal so he could be aware and advise his players accordingly. In this instance I didn't make a big deal of it but I would like to see manufacturers design products accordingly.
