One thing about football is that it is sometimes hard to tell who said something. I personally would not be so quick to automatically penalize someone that used bad language. Usually a team gets one time from me with a very firm warning. Then if I hear language after that, I have done everything I can do and it is flag time. That does not mean that will always apply. You just have to be sure a certain player said it and that the words heard by others. I talk to players about other possible infractions. I will talk to them first about this when I can.
