Depends upon the penalty. IF severe, dangerous, etc. report it to game administration, your local association or whoever has jurisdiction over the game and the sport.

Most administrators do not want to see poor conduct go unpunished. If a player commits a bad act after a game thinking it is ok, I cannot be penalized now, help his thought process get corrected.
