In Georgia, if we had this situation and it warranted we would report it to the state association.

Nothing in Canada. IMHO, this is a hole in our rules. There should be two additions:

if the dead ball foul is a continuing action foul, penalize as a live ball foul (last play of game only)

if the dead ball foul is not a continuing action foul, the crew chief writes it up and sends it to the league

Depends upon the penalty. IF severe, dangerous, etc. report it to game administration, your local association or whoever has jurisdiction over the game and the sport.

Most administrators do not want to see poor conduct go unpunished. If a player commits a bad act after a game thinking it is ok, I cannot be penalized now, help his thought process get corrected.
