I know many of us have spent countless hours creating files that we share with our own crews. Also, many new officials look to experienced officials for help and clarification.
To help both the new official and those of us who like to share information, I took some time and put together a site where we can share info. http://home.comcast.net/~minnmo/football.htm It is in its infancy and if you have something you would like to share, email me and I will be happy to post it. For those NCAA guys here, please, if you have something email it to me. Currently, I only have NFHS stuff and want to add as much of both as possible. Enjoy! |

Very nice. My only suggestion is that if you know who made the effort to create a document, then crediting them either at the top of the document or on your page would be appropriate. If you don't know, then obviously you can't do that.

Another nice tool I use is something called PrimaPDF. It will take anything you can print and turn it into an Adobe Acrobat file. When you go to print the document, you select to print it to the "primaPDF" printer. It then coverts the document to PDF and displays it.
PDF's are easier for people and don't require that you have Microsoft Word. I think you can download it from http://www.download.com

Thanks Mike, I will look into that. I sometimes forget that there are people out there without Word. I guess I could save it as an RTF too for that matter.
I also posted a new file for NCAA Backjudges. It's put together really well. I would love to have something like this for all positions, NCAA and NFHS. Just something I personally don't have the time for unfortunately. |

Go with PDF - you can keep formatting, and 99% of people have the reader to open it. (The other 1% find out how necessary it is real fast.)
